Today: I have a good feeling about this.
[tweetmeme source=”elizabethev” only_single=false] I don’t know about you, but I have a feeling 2011 is going to be one for the record books. Or, the comic books at the very least. We ushered out 2010 with our last long run with Team in Training, as the marathon is now just a week away.
Hang on, I need to faint.
Okay. I’m back. I couldn’t be more excited to run 26.2 miles and support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and I am so thankful for all of the generous and enthusiastic support I’ve received since our training began in August. I am also tremendously nervous, but it would probably be weird if I wasn’t. As I am sure you can imagine, I’m a bit more focused on the marathon than the New Year, but I’ve got some great resolutions and plans cooking and look forward to getting things going right after the race. In the meantime, I need to focus on not falling down the stairs or getting hit by a city bus or something.

On that note… I hope you all have an incredibly, happy, healthy, peaceful, fabulous and fun new year.
Also On Tap for Today:
- See The Fighter with Nick
- I moved someone’s parking space holder and lived to tell of it 🙂
- The Big Picture: New Year’s Day around the world
What are you most looking forward to this year? Do you make resolutions?
