{"id":9549,"date":"2016-09-30T21:26:27","date_gmt":"2016-10-01T01:26:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ontapfortoday.com\/?p=9549"},"modified":"2016-10-04T20:50:30","modified_gmt":"2016-10-05T00:50:30","slug":"prioritize-sleep","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ontapfortoday.com\/2016\/09\/30\/prioritize-sleep\/","title":{"rendered":"Prioritize sleep."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: 'PT Sans';\">I missed an<em> entire<\/em> night of sleep this week (baby Nick\u00a0were at the hospital– he was having a little respiratory trouble, but is much, much better). \u00a0Remember when we were in college and did that on purpose, stay up all night? \u00a0I’d like to travel back in time and give 2004\u00a0Elizabeth a real talkin’ to. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'PT Sans';\">And while I’m at it, I might as well travel back even further and tell 1982-ish Elizabeth that staying up all night and skipping naps is just wrong. \u00a0Plus, it’s a crime against your sleepy parents.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'PT Sans';\">34-year-old me cannot hang on no sleep. \u00a0And even on a good night,\u00a0I could stand to catch a few more hours of sleep. \u00a0I’m guessing you can relate.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 730px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-blog-width\" src=\"http:\/\/i1352.photobucket.com\/albums\/q641\/elizabethev\/FullSizeRender%2064_zps1ggdt64e.jpg\" alt=\"September sunsets are pretty great.
