  • Meal plan + workouts | Week of 2/26/18

    I turn 36 this week… so it’s probably time to start drinking more water, eating more kale, applying more wrinkle cream and sleeping eight hours a night.  Or whatever.  In case that stuff doesn’t work (or… I forget), I’ve got this week’s meal plan + workouts to fall back on.  As I mentioned last week, I’m eliminating high FODMAP foods for the next few weeks, but most of these recipes…
