Garden Salsa

We’re on our third batch (…this week) of this easy, vegan and gluten free garden salsa. Our own tomatoes won’t be ready for a few weeks, so, as Ina would say, store bought is fine.⠀

Garden Salsa recipe vegan gluten free easy summer appetizer

🍅 GARDEN SALSA

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2-ish garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice from one lime
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

World’s most obvious instructions:

  1. Mix well.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips. Or just eat with a spoon. YOLO.
