Garden Salsa
We’re on our third batch (…this week) of this easy, vegan and gluten free garden salsa. Our own tomatoes won’t be ready for a few weeks, so, as Ina would say, store bought is fine.⠀

GARDEN SALSA
Ingredients:
- 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2-ish garlic cloves, minced
- Juice from one lime
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Pinch of flaky sea salt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
World’s most obvious instructions:
- Mix well.
- Serve with tortilla chips. Or just eat with a spoon. YOLO.
