WELL Summit 2018 | Boston
One of my favorite events of the year, WELL Summit Boston, is just a month away. This year’s WELL Summit will be held on Saturday, April 21st at the Boston Design Center in the Seaport (selfishly happy it’s in our neighborhood). I love WELL Summit’s holistic approach to wellness, because it takes on all the facets of life that need and deserve tending. And what better way to welcome a new season (it will feel like Spring by April 21st, right?) than with fresh ideas, fresh connections + fresh ways to care for myself, my family + friends.
Some of the many things you can look forward to at WELL Summit Boston 2018:
- Pre-party on Friday night + Networking event on Saturday evening
- 7 Hours of thought-provoking keynotes, panels + breakout sessions, with wellness experts like Agatha Achindu (founder of Yummy Spoonfuls), Asha Ramakrishna (spiritual + business mentor — and author!– I’m reading currently reading her new book), Emily Kanter (co-owner of Cambridge Naturals), Jenny D. Brice, MFT, MPH (Psychotherapist + Reiki practitioner), and Tara Folley (Founder of Follain).
- Lunch from sweetgreen
- Top notch swag bags for all attendees
- A sound meditation with Sara Auster
- LIVE WELL Marketplace with 30 Vendors, Healthy Snacks, Healthy Cocktails & more
- Tea, coffee + snacks throughout the day
Having attended several WELL Summit events in recent years, I always leave with a notebook full of ideas + actionable items to make positive, sustainable, and healthy changes in my life and my environment. The community, though, is what stands out the most to me. If you’re looking to be surrounded by likeminded people, people who are warm, kind, supportive and encouraging… this is your tribe.
