Cape Cod Magazine feature + a few favorite Cape Cod photos
I got the most unexpected (but exciting + encouraging) email early this year from Lisa Leigh Connors, the editor of Cape Cod Magazine. She had been following me on Instagram for a while and asked if I’d be interested in having some of my Cape Cod photos included in an article she was working on for their March issue.
CAPE COD MAGAZINE FEATURE + A FEW FAVORITE CAPE COD PHOTOS
Hey… it’s me + my iPhone!
I almost didn’t believe it until I had the issue (fine… eight) in my hands Friday night. I am so grateful and honored to be included, especially alongside such talented photographers. I linked to all of the other people featured in the comments section of this Facebook post, if you’re interested in following them!
The Cape really does hold so much magic for me, and I love being able to share some of that peace, beauty + calm with everyone here and on Instagram. Here are a few of my recent-ish favorite photos from my favorite place.
A FEW FAVORITE CAPE PHOTOS
That time Nantucket Sound froze and it was breathtaking (Earle Road Beach, West Harwich)
Red River Beach in Harwichport
Me and Nick, as seagulls (Red River)
Clearly I’ve got a thing for life guard stands + empty beaches (Red River again)
Same beach, different weather (Red River)
Nauset Beach in the rain (+ my spirit people who show up to the beach regardless of the weather), Orleans
Shout out to my sister (I borrowed her phone to take this photo + prank called a bunch of people in her contacts while I was at it).
Pleasant Road Beach (and these super fun buckets — they have sand stampers on the bottom) in West Harwich
Days Cottages (more specifically: Zinnia) in Truro
Cockle Cove in Chatham
If you’d like to see even more Cape Cod photos, please feel free to follow me on Instagram (or Facebook, if you prefer… my Instagram feed auto-posts there… because I am lazy/high tech like that).
