Meal plan + workouts | Week of 2/26/18

I turn 36 this week… so it’s probably time to start drinking more water, eating more kale, applying more wrinkle cream and sleeping eight hours a night.  Or whatever.  In case that stuff doesn’t work (or… I forget), I’ve got this week’s meal plan + workouts to fall back on. 

As I mentioned last week, I’m eliminating high FODMAP foods for the next few weeks, but most of these recipes are, like, perfect for normal people too.  All recipes are vegetarian and can easily be adapted to be vegan and/or gluten free.

WORKOUTS

  • Monday: Mama Beasts
  • Tuesday: Run and row at the Y
  • Wednesday: Mama Beasts
  • Thursday: TBD (likely run, maybe rest)
  • Friday: Row + foam roll at the Cape
  • Saturday: Basement workout at the Cape
  • Sunday: Rest + foam roll

MEAL PLAN

Let the reverse aging cycle (or just, you know, solid self care) begin!
