This is my pet.

Follow me, ladies.

These are my pet peeves.

  • Bad grammar (bad Grandmas are pretty annoying, too)
  • Distracted driving
  • Auto direct messages on Twitter
  • Serial tardiness
  • Recognizable fonts used by restaurants and businesses (Papyrus is the woorrrrst)
  • And the ultimate: food/mouth noises

You, my friend, are the first person I have met who hates recognizable fonts that much.

Just curious how your hatred came to be… are you a graphic designer?

So, I have a question that might be crazy-weird. Are the statues of the ducks in that picture from the children’s book “Make Way For Ducklings”? I loved that book as a child, and I read it to my twin girls now as a mama. I know the book takes place in Boston, and the statues look just like the illustrations in the book. Just curious. Thanks!
