Can someone pleeease explain this City Hall email debacle to me? Is this newsworthy because someone did something wrong, or because it’s an election year? I will award 16 points to whomever can make sense of this for me.

Yay! Love your blog. Yes, I’m up at 5 AM coughing my brains out. My trip is looking more and more doomed 🙁 🙁 SAD. Hope you had fun birthday celebrations with Nick & Andi!!
